The Elephant’s Secret Kitchen

Collaborative cookbook project, by students and technicians and London College of Communication and Cafe at Jamyang owned by the Jamyang Buddhist Centre in Elephant and Castle. A plant based vegetarian cookbook, made from recycled kitchen waste paper and bookmarks dyed using natural dyes made from fruit and vegetables, promoting a no waste message encompassing the culture of the Jamyang Buddhist Centre. Book released, September 2018.
